ZERMA North America

ACS Group (ACS), a leading global manufacturing and distributor of process cooling, material handling, and size reduction equipment, today announced that it has executed a 5 year exclusive representative agreement with Zerma Machinery and Recycling Technology (Zerma). Under the terms of the agreement, ACS has the exclusive right to purchase, inventory, promote or sell Zerma’s size reduction products within the United States and Canada.

Carsten Paeslack, President of Zerma, is thrilled about the new sales opportunities, “Zerma has developed one of the most comprehensive industrial shredder product lines in the world. These products combined with ACS’s very experienced and extremely well connected sales and marketing team, will open up new markets that we would otherwise no reach.” Carsten goes on to say that “Our respective visions of the future of the United States and Canada recycling markets match and we can foresee huge opportunities in this market.”

These tough times require tough equipment, that's why Spare Parts Express offers wear resistant accessories and options for all granulator and shredder models.
The accessories include screens and cutting chamber wear plates manufactured from grade 500 resistant steels, as well as weld-on hard facing for rotors and cutting chambers.

Zerma introduces ZBS series

We are proud to present the ZBS 600 shredder as the newest addition to the ZS series of single shaft shredders. The ZBS shredder is a small, economical alternative to the ZSS series, designed for pre shredding of small lumps mainly in the injection and blow molding industry. The ZBS series offers a powerful dependable machine with a small footprint, to complement an existing granulator or work in combination with a ZERMA granulator.

Force feeding for increased throughput

Zerma developed a force feeding hopper especially designed for bailed PET bottles, it will reduce bouncing of bottles in the cutting chamber by feeding them directly into the rotor, increasing throughput by 200% - 300%.
Without the need for a de-bailer or other specialized equipment.

We offer this hopper as a standard option for the GS and GSH series granulators, and as an add-on for various other granulator makes.
